I’m proud to have directed an award winning UX Research and Experience Design team.
Collaborating with strategic, creative, and technology teams, I utilised Design Thinking methodologies to lead the extension of creative campaigns into digital mediums. Through a user centred approach I architected solutions that combines design and technology to create effective and meaningful digital experiences. Whether it be through user research, digital strategy, interface and experience design, art direction or the roll out of brand design process, putting people at the heart of what I do allowed me to create unique and effective solutions that people love.
Position overview
Joined WiTH Collective as a Digital Designer & Developer in 2011, crafting the design and development of digital experiences.
Promoted to Head of Design & UX in 2012, leading campaign and brand design briefs for clients while employing user centred research to architect User Experience solutions that combine effective design with modern technology.
From 2016 to 2019, as Head of Digital Experience, I oversaw the UX research and design team in their collaboration with strategic, creative and technology departments. Drove the adoption of Design Thinking tools for innovation and effectiveness while mapping and implementing an agency wide process for consistent delivery of CX briefs.
Overseeing all interface design, employing user research and experience design methodologies, I was responsible for running lean UX and Design Thinking workshops, implementing brand design delivery frameworks, mentoring staff, managing project delivery as part of the senior leadership team, preparing proposals and taking an active role in pitching new business through to project completion.
Winner of WiTH Collective employee of the year (2013) and recognised as an Innovation Champion (2019) within the Dentsu Aegis Network.
